Thomas has known since he was 12 years old that he was going to be a welder, own his own shop, and build everything and anything that came his way. After excelling in academics and athletics at Hibbing High, he received his BS in Engineering Technology through University of Minnesota and Bemidji State University. After 2 years with a large civil construction company, he JUMPED at the chance to partner with his father-in-law, move to sunny Southwest Florida, and get to work! Now, as Director of Operations and our resident General Contractor, he gets to sit in the office ‘too much’ while the rest of us get to do the fun stuff 
Truthfully, he is very astute at print reading and takeoffs, cut sheets, and estimates, but he will always burn some wire once he’s caught up.
